· Yes. It covers visa fees, coordination from Gaza, flight tickets, medical insurance, and accommodation in the host country.

· Will participants receive a living stipend or financial support upon arrival?

• Basic essential needs (housing, food, and emergency medical care) are covered. Any additional cash stipends depend on the specific program track and host government allowances.

· What type of accommodation is provided?

• Accommodation varies by destination and program track, ranging from shared family housing and student dormitories to transitional community housing.

· Are individuals with special medical needs or disabilities eligible to apply?

• Yes, special medical needs and disability accommodations are evaluated under the medical care program track to ensure appropriate destination support.

What legal status will participants hold in the destination country?

• Legal status (such as temporary residency, humanitarian protection, or work/student visa) is granted according to the formal immigration framework of the destination host nation.

· Can I include my family?

· Of course. Your spouse and children are eligible. You may also include one parent if the other parent is deceased.

· Can I include my siblings or both living parents?

· No. They must submit separate applications.

Can I update my application details or document uploads after submission?

Minor updates can only be made if you receive a "partially accepted" notice asking for clarification or missing files. Otherwise, resubmitting modified applications is not permitted.

· Can I bring all of my children?

· Children are factored into the scoring process. Having 1 child yields 10/10 points, 2 children yields 8/10, 3 children yields 6/10, and 4 children yields 4/10. Applications with more than four children receive zero points for this section.

· Does my age affect the application?

· Yes, depending on the track you choose. For example, skilled labor or medical care pathways accept applicants up to 60 years old, whereas undergraduate scholarship programs will reject older applicants. It varies by program track.

· How many total participants will be accepted into this program?

· A total of 680 people will be selected, split into groups.

· When is the scheduled departure?

· First group: August 2026

· Second group: October 2026

· How long will it take to receive a response?

· Within one week if your application meets the eligibility criteria.

· How will you contact us?

· We will email you from support@yugoslavia4gaza.com with your official reference number if your application is accepted or conditionally accepted.

· What does "partially accepted" mean?

· It indicates that your application has missing documents, unclear details, or requires further clarification.

· What happens if I miss the email or do not respond?

· Your application will be placed on hold and discarded once the quota of 680 participants is filled.

· What is the next step after my application is accepted?

· One of our representatives will contact you directly by phone.

· How can I verify that the caller is an official representative of the program?

· The caller will state the unique reference number previously sent to you via support@yugoslavia4gaza.com.

· Is there a specific phone number the call will come from?

· No, as we have over three representatives fluent in Arabic and English placing calls.

· Where will the call originate from?

· Only from our headquarters or an official office located within the 7 destination countries. Calls from any other numbers are not affiliated with us.

· Can I move or travel freely once I arrive?

· No, you cannot.

· Can I choose my destination country?

· No. Placement is assigned strictly from our list of 7 participating host countries.

· Can I stay temporarily until I process documents and visas for another EU country?

· No. Onward travel or temporary stays are not covered by this program.

· How is the destination country determined?

· Assignments are based on your professional qualifications and available local vacancies.

· When will I be eligible for citizenship?

· Citizenship timelines depend on the specific laws and regulations of the destination country.

· What additional documentation is required for a divorced mother traveling with children?

· An official authorization letter and a video statement from the ex-husband, clearly displaying his ID.

· What if a child does not have official documentation?

· The application will be rejected automatically to prevent human trafficking.

· Is this program affiliated with or approved by the United Nations?

· No. It operates under bilateral government agreements between participating countries.

· Which border crossing will be used for departure?

· The Kerem Shalom Crossing.

· Is the Red Cross involved in the travel arrangements?

· No. The Red Cross is not involved; operational details and passenger lists are coordinated by the IDF 48 hours prior to departure.

· Why are these agreement documents not sent to us directly?

· Directing applicants to the official portal ensures you can independently verify document authenticity.

· Will sending multiple follow-up emails speed up my review?

· No. Sending repeated emails will result in disqualification and a permanent block from the program.

· What other factors could lead to an application rejection?

· Incomplete documentation.

· Rejection by the State of Israel.

· Rejection by the destination country.

· Applying for skilled work pathways with an unneeded trade or profession.

· Unapproved academic degrees or insufficient grades for university scholarships.

· Ineligible medical conditions.

· Disrespectful behavior toward the case agent assigned to you.

· Displaying rude, manipulative, or dishonest behavior.

· Will sharing my personal story about the war help my application?

· Unfortunately, no. Everyone in Gaza is facing extreme hardship, and we aim to maintain a fair, equal review process for all applicants. Submitting photos of injured children or tragic circumstances will not influence the scoring.

· Can I return to Gaza later, or am I required to sign a departure agreement?

· You will not be required to sign any document relinquishing your right to return, and you are free to return to Gaza in the future.

What items or luggage are permitted during travel?

• Personal belongings are subject to standard international flight luggage allowances and security screening at the crossing border. Detailed packing guidelines are provided upon final approval.
